Our vision is to bring about systematic transformations in the lives of individuals residing in the South Dallas Community by utilizing the non-profit organization, T.R. Hoover, as a catalyst for change. We aim to establish enduring communities through collaborative partnerships that foster economic growth through education and active community involvement.
